How do I view past shipments?

You can easily view all of your past shipments. Follow the directions below:

🔍 How to View Past Shipments

  1. Navigate to the Past Shipments menu from your Shipper dashboard.

  2. A list of previously completed shipments will appear.

    Select any shipment to view its full details, including:

    • Tracking number
    • Label
    • Receipt
    • Shipment fees and delivery information

Access Shipper from your inbox. For assistance - Click Here

Select Past Shipment, to the left of the screen and highlighted in RED.

You can filter shipments by the Tracking Number or Shipment ID, highlighted in GREEN.

You can also filter by the Shipment Type and set a specific date or a range of dates, highlighted in BLUE.
