Past Shipments

📦 Where to Find Tracking Information

Tracking information is made available to both senders and recipients through multiple access points within the shipping process:

📧 Email Notification

If an email address was provided in the Sender Info section during Step 1, tracking details will be automatically emailed to the customer upon shipment.

✅ Payment & Confirmation Screen

Once a shipment is processed, you’ll see a confirmation screen in Step 4: Payment & Confirmation. This screen will display the tracking number and carrier information prominently in the center.

📄 Past Shipments Screen

All tracking information is also available in the Past Shipments screen, where you can:

• View shipment history
• Access tracking numbers
• Monitor package delivery progress
