Can I fix any mistakes before I pay for the label?

Yes! On the Payment & Confirmation screen, you can review and edit before finalizing your purchase.

Each section of the screen includes an Edit button on the far right. Simply click it to:

Update sender or recipient details
Adjust packaging and shipment info
Change shipping method or cost breakdown

This ensures all information is accurate before the label is paid for and generated.

Within the box highlighted in RED, you can edit any information about the Shipment Details.

Within the box highlighted in GREEN, you can see Pricing and Payment information.

When everything looks correct, select the Print and Purchase Label button highlighted in BLUE to complete the new shipment. Now you can print your label for your package and send it out.
